The Wig Stand by BeautiMark is a must-have for any wig wearer. It's foldable and collapsible so it's great for travel. A wig headstand is a perfect place to keep your wig when you are not wearing it or for drying purposes, after washing. Wig headstands are essential if you wear wigs because, in addition to keeping your wig dry, they also help maintain the style. Storing wigs in the original box is not recommended, especially for longer wigs, as this can cause creasing in the hair. Wig stands are also a good replacement to bulkier, heavier wig heads. The new, improved wig stand design will help keep your wig looking beautiful!

      As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  

      Order Shipment:

      We will process the charges to your credit card, orders usually ship after 2 -3 days processing. Ellen Wille wigs travel from Europe so this may extend processing time by a few days. We will send you tracking information within 1-3 days of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@SKWigs.com.

      For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified. Please note: we cannot ship via a traceable method to any post office boxes. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed nor can the package be tracked. We encourage all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked.

      Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

      Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays and additional shipping and handling charges, as information must be verified.

      For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge of 25% of your order total (50% on international orders). Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

       

      We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

      To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.
