 Exchange Policy

Our goal is your complete satisfaction! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, exchange it for FREE! (Product must be eligible for exchange, see below).

  • No Restocking Fees for exchanges! will waive all fees associated with your eligible exchange. Shipping charges will apply.
  • The same credit card and shipping method submitted with your original order will apply for your exchange order, unless specified otherwise. 
  • Any balance remaining after your exchange will be refunded to the payment method submitted with your original order.
  • You must request a RA # at 843-267-9737.

Return Policy

U.S Customers Only

Your satisfaction is our goal. We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products*.

You have 30 days to return the product to us from the date it was shipped to you.

There are no restocking fees, however, you are responsible for the cost of the shipping to return the product.

We will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days from receiving your return. Please keep in mind your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account (allow an additional 3 to 9 business days).

Note: A wig hygiene net/cap is provided with every wig for use when trying the wig on. This helps to maintain the product’s eligibility for return.

How To Return: Repackage your unused and unworn item(s) and follow the instructions on returns below, within 30 days of the Shipped Date.

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.

Exchange or Return Product Eligibility

Eligible Products:

  • In original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, with no styling products and with tags attached) and in original packaging.
  • Odor-Free (Any odors (perfume, smoke etc) on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange)
  • Item(s) must be received by us within 30 days of our shipment date. of your order.

Ineligible Products:

  • Costume wigs, last call or clearance items, discontinued items, care products, accessories, liquids, special order items.

If your product is ineligible for exchange or return, we will email you the option of:

  • Returning the item(s) to you at your cost
  • Donating the item(s) to an organization or person (receipt of donation available upon request). You will receive a coupon for 20% off a future purchase with for your donation to charity.

Ineligible item(s) will be automatically donated 30 days after receipt.
